Then you have to start looking for a property again. Sometimes there may be unforeseen obstacles to overcome and that is where I step in to resolve challenges. I know what most asset companies/banks expect and how to navigate through the process of buying a foreclosure or short sale that you may face buying a foreclosure or short sale property. I have am SFR Certified (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource) and have successfully closed many transactions involving bank owned properties and short sale properties.
